About Me
MH Baril (she/her) celebrates the physicality and spirit of the natural world through meticulously-carved linocut prints, paper weavings, and artists’ books inspired by the flora, fauna, and folk mythologies of Minnesota. Born and raised in Saint Paul, MN, she has lived in Egypt, Ireland, and Washington, DC and now lives in Minneapolis. She is a member of the Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association (NEMAA), the American Craft Council’s Early Career Artist Program, and the Artist Collective at the Minnesota Center for Book Arts in Minneapolis, where she recently earned her Core Certificate in Book Arts.
